Dear Ms Vukic,

Thank you for your letter recognizing that I travel quite a lot. As a matter of fact I have travelled frequently since 1964 and constantly(a category which no airline or travel agent has yet figured out) since 1971. I have been frustrated most of my life with the services of the companies offering services because mostly I know too much about travel and I book the same day I fly. It is a challenge for any individual used to service the frequent traveller who is intoxicated by his or her diamond or whatever card.

So after this little preamble.

In all my years of frustration and trial and error in selecting the right agent I found Diana Fusco. Or it was actually your manager/owner who recommended Diana. She has single handedly to be credited for my loyalty. I know you are being squeezed by the airlines which I do not support. That is why I cannot ask for the freebies travel agents could provide in years past.

Just allow Diana to handle my account and be flexible and I am a happy camper.
