| Kim
has been instrumental in the growth of The Premiere Travel Group from
12 employees and $9 million in volume to over 55 employees
and $55 million in volume. She has been one of the principal
architects of our service standards, operational procedures, quality
assurance programs and technology. In addition to her principal role
in staff development and training, she is responsible for systems
and technology. |

| Kim
began her travel career 1984. She joined Premiere in 1991 as a corporate
agent and quickly distinguished herself as a top performer in customer
satisfaction, teamwork, and professional development. Her achievements
and commitment to excellence were recognized with the awarding of
the first Premiere Performance Award in 1992. |

| Her
career has been one of award-after-award. She was the first ever back-to-back
winner of the UNIGLOBE Agent of the Year Award for Eastern Canada
in 1993 and 1994. Additionally, she was Agent of the Year Canada-wide
in 1994. |

| Also
in 1994 Kim achieved the professional designation of CTC (Certified
Travel Counselor). For her results in the written examination for
the CTC, not only was she awarded the Presidents Award, but also she
had the highest standing in Canada. |

| In
1995 Kim was promoted to Manager Corporate Services. As manager she
excelled and was quickly recognized as the Canadian UNIGLOBE Manager
of the Year. She has since achieved the professional designation of
CTM (Certified Travel Manager) and in 1999 was promoted to Vice President. |
