Arctic Watch Wilderness Camp |

| WHERE: Arctic Watch is located in Cunningham Inlet on Somerset Island, Nunavut. It is 80 km (50 miles) south (across the Northwest Passage) of the community of Resolute Bay, (pop 200) latitude 74 degrees north and 800 km (500 miles) north of the Arctic Circle |

| THE CAMP: The camp consists of a main 5000 square foot complex complete with kitchen, dining room, audio-visual projection room, lounge, bathing room (hot showers) and equipment room. For accommodation there are 16 heated cabins 12 feet by 12 feet, each with a marine toilet and cold running water. Beds have sheets and duvets. As well, there is a pump house, garage and freezer/ pantry. The camp can accommodate up to 20 guests. New for 2001, we will have a new lounge, meeting room and natural interpretation center. |

| ACTIVITIES: Rafting (float trips), Hiking/Walking, Mountain Biking, Fishing, Sea Kayaking, Unimog 4 wheel Drive Truck ATV bikes. |

| WILDLIFE: Beluga Whales, Polar Bears, Muskoxen, Cariboo, Arctic Fox, Seals, Walruses, Narwhals, Land and Sea Birds. |

- A second week: 70% of full week;
- Half week with a minimum of 5 people: 55% of full week;
- Exploratory trips made during any week requires a minimum of 4 people;
- Multi-day raft trips require a minimum of 5 people;
- Children under 12 years are free of charge when accompanied by parents;
- Children 12 years of age to 17 years of age are charged 60% of the adult tariff when accompanied by parents.
