Zulkifle A. "Zul" Shaikhali, Owner Mr. Shaikhali has over twenty years of broad and in-depth experience in the travel industry. He began his career in 1978 as a frontline agent and spent several years as a sales representative for British Airways, and later, as sales manager for nine airlines servicing the Middle East. He has taken extensive training in international passenger fares and tariffs, customer service and general management. Prior to coming to Canada in 1989, he was the general manager of one of the largest travel agency corporations in the Middle East. Mr. Shaikhali joined UNIGLOBE Premiere Travel Planners Inc. in 1989 as a front line agent. His extensive experience and expertise were instrumental in the rapid growth of the company during the early 1990’s. In 1992, he became a partner in the company and has been responsible for the expansion of our operations from $10 million to over $55 million. Mr. Shaikhali continues to maintain his proficiency in international passenger fares and tariffs and commands the respect of all domestic and international air carriers servicing clients of The Premiere Travel Group. Our competitive position in the corporate travel marketplace derives from our ability to provide the lowest possible fares and obtain special considerations from the airlines for our clients. Our success in this regard is entirely due to Mr. Shaikhali’s knowledge and stature in the air industry. Mr. Shaikhali personally directs day-to-day operations in reservations, international fares and customer service.
